Marek Lipski has amassed 15 years of engineering expertise in mechanical design, with a particular focus on subsea clamp solutions. He has played an active role in offshore installations for both topside and subsea projects. Prior to founding BALTEER, later known as IK Engineering, Marek was part of the IK Group team based in Norway, where he specialized in the Subsea Business Area. He holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and has experience in company management. Following Izomax’s acquisition of IK Engineering in April 2025, the company now operates as Izomax Engineering, where Marek serves as Managing Director.

Meet Aleksandra! With a degree in Mechanical Design Engineering, Aleksandra is a skilled specialist in 3D visualizations and rendering. She is proficient in project planning, control, and communication and is the focal point within Izomax Engineering’s procurement activities with a positive attitude. Outside of work, Aleksandra is passionate about sports and holds a blue belt with yellow tags in karate.
